Leaders of the USSPG shall value inclusivity, integrity, innovation, and teamwork. As the first sports pharmacy non-profit in the United States, the USSPG is responsible for creating a culture of trust amongst members, sports medicine professionals, athletes, and others who may be involved in our mission.

Board members are expected to dedicate 5 to 10 hours a month to supporting our mission. We hope this time is a way for our board members to have a respected outlet in pursuing sports pharmacy related endeavors.
Committee chairs are expected to dedicate 2 to 5 hours per month leading their committee, collaborating with other committees and ensure their committee initiatives are accomplished.
Time commitments for other leadership opportunities may vary.

The USSPG has a 100% Board Giving policy which requires board members to donate an amount significant to the individual, but within their individual means.
